Many small to medium size producers of concrete products do not require a fully automated plant and therefore only require a more compact curing system.
 
CDS has installed many systems for such producers that allows the products to be cured in the same approach as the ENVIROCURE (LINK) System. IE total control of Temperature, Humidity, Airflow, along with Time and Well Insulated structure. Keeping in mind that the running costs are extremely important and ensuring that the curing system operates at the lowest possible cost per piece.
 
The CDS Batch Cure System incorporates all the features of the Envirocure along with the ability to cycle the curing chambers as fast as possible without any detriment to product quality.
